I Thank You Lord !

I thank You Lord that when I was blind
To the Truth and could not see,
You reached down to me in Love
And in doing You challenged me.
You challenged me to search my heart
You challenged me to turn to You,
You challenged me to yield my will
I thank You that such I came to do.
For in so doing You gave me new Hope
You brought to me true Joy and Peace,
That no words I could say would describe
But I know shall never cease.
For Your Words were Words of Life
Words of Life that is without end,
For all who would by faith put their trust in You
As their Lord. their Saviour and Friend.
I thank You Lord that I came to yield
My will Lord into Your Hands,
And in so doing Your Hands of Love
Have given me the strength to stand.
I thank You Lord that I learnt of Your Love
That’s unconditional, and is for all to receive,
If only they would turn from their doubts and fears
From their unbelief, and so learn to believe.
And in so doing You would enable them more
To receive vast treasures from You
That You have in store for all who believe
That You have for those who are faithful and true.
Faithful and True to Your Word Lord
Faithful and True in their walk each day,
As they put their hope and trust in You alone
The Life, the Truth and the Way.
Into resurrection life, that is without end
Into fellowship with You forevermore,
Into fellowship with all who believe in Your Word
And Your Promises You have for them in store.

There Is No Darkness !

There is no darkness Satan can bring
Into our lives as we Christ our King,
Stand upon Your Word our Lord night and day
And so give You permission to Lord have Your Way.
For as Your Word Lord wells up within me
By the eyes of Your Spirit I’ll be able to see,
Beyond the darkness into Your Glorious Light
That shall set all darkness, forever into flight.
Dispelling all the darkness that came with sin
As we allow Your Blood to wash us from within,
As we allow Your Word to so shine forth in our lives
To dispel the darkness around us with Your Glorious Light..
Washing us clean so we may shine forth everyday
As a reflection of Your Light, in all we do and we say,
To be as a Lighthouse fuelled by Your Spirit Jesus Christ
For all of lost humanity, shining forth in our life.
There is no darkness Satan can bring
There is no darkness Jesus Christ our King,
You cannot dispel through Your Spirit as we
Upon Your Word by faith stand steadfastly.

As A Pathway!

As a pathway through the wilderness
Is Lord You Amazing Grace,
That enables Your Life to so spring forth
Within this once desert place.
Having been watered by Your Living Word
And daily fed from You Lord above,
Your Life in me is now springing forth
Enveloped in Your Mercy and Love.

I Pledge My Allegiance Lord!

I pledge my allegiance to You the Lamb
I pledge my allegiance to You the Great I AM,
I pledge my allegiance to You Christ, God’s Son
As I’ve been redeemed by You, I am become.
Now a new creature, who was once lost in sin
Who now by Your Blood can so enter in,
Into fellowship with You with a deep thanksgiving
Into communion with You Lord Jesus Christ our King.
Not for a moment but for all eternity
As You have from sin and death, in Love set me free,
So that I the Redeemed may forever be with You
Bringing to You the Praise and the Glory You are due.

O But For Your Mercy Lord !

O but for Your Mercy my Christ
O but for Your Amazing Grace,
O but for how You so shed Your Blood
Out of Love for the whole human race.
O but for the very fact my Lord
That when You called unto me from above,
I heard Your still small voice that day
I became enveloped in Your Love.
When I said my Lord come unto me
That Your Spirit may dwell within,
As I did in Love You so responded
You indeed did then enter in.
Bringing into my being that day
The Seeds of Life and Everlasting Peace,
That have grown day by day
And I know Lord shall never cease.
As You Water and daily nurture them
Through Your Living Word I feed upon,
                                                                                                       And by Your Spirit working in me
                                                                                                        By faith in You I am made strong.

I Know My Lord !

I know my Lord that this race I am in
I cannot lose, I can only win,
If I keep my eyes steadfast on You
If I to my calling remain faithful and true.
I know my Lord that in this race today
You navigate my path, You show me the Way,
You enable me to overcome in every hurdle I face
With victory through Your Mercy and Grace.

I know my Lord that this race I’ll win
If I keep my eyes forever on You my King,
If I keep my eyes ever attuned everyday
To all that You Christ Jesus, to me daily say.
In Your Word as I draw from You
Amidst all that I both say and I do,
As I live first and foremost for You everyday
Knowing that in this race You’re with me all the way.
