GOD You Are So Real !

Many people have said there is no God, I have searched and wondered too,
Yet in my search You found me Lord, searching crying out to You,
Many people have said "there is no God, where is your God they say?"
And in my journey I found that my Lord, close by me You stay each day.
Many people have said there is no God, where is Your God they cry,
And I've found in my life's many ups and downs, You have ever been close by,
Many people have said there is no God, if He is real then why is life so,
As I've wondered in my life's many twists and turns, there is still much I do not know.
Yet at this time can I truly say, I know that God You're real,
You daily identify with me in my life, You know just how I feel,
You know the uncertainties, the many fears, You know all I am going through,
May my faith each day be strong O Lord, as I seek daily to first serve You.
That those I meet who don't know You, may see Your presence in me,
May their many questions be answered I pray, as I walk on faithfully.
That those I meet who don't know You, will be challenged by my witness I pray
To turn to You and invite You into their lives, when they realize You are real one day.

He Teaches Us !

He teaches us that we might know, what indeed is right from wrong,
He dwells in us that we may be, in our weakness, by Him made strong,
He walks with us that we may not feel, alone and at times seemingly lost,
He brings to remembrance that at Calvary, for our sins He paid the cost.
He guides our steps as we each by faith, put our trust in Him each day,
He helps us to overcome life's hurdles, we each confront along life's way,
He is our friend, our very special friend, Jesus Christ is His Name,
Who has invited all who believe in Him, with Him to rule and reign.
For which to Him I give my thanks, for all He has done for me,
And for you my friend who He has also by Grace, made a way to be eternally free.

The Valleys of Life !

The valleys of life in time become flat, as to God we look faithfully each day,
The hills we climb are too made low, life's path becomes a highway,
While the valleys and hills may not have changed, how we tackle them has a little each day,
As we grow in faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, life's path has become a highway.
At times in our journey we yet lose sight, when confronted by problems some days,
Our faith and trust feels stretched to the limit, life's path seems no longer a highway,
Yet all the time as we hold onto God, no matter what life brings each day,
Life's path will indeed in time so become, between us and Him a highway.

Tomorrow !

What tomorrow will bring, in time we'll know,
Then and only then, will its fruit show,
We can strive and worry, yet what will that do,
Except make us anxious, amidst all we go through.
Or we can rest in the Hands, of our Lord God above,
Embraced, on our life's journey, in His Arms of Love,
Trusting daily in Him, to so be our daily Guide,
To strengthen us daily, as in Him we abide.
As we walk on in faith, in Him day by day,
Trusting He's ever with us, each step of the way.

No Matter What !

Life's valleys at times they seem so deep, life's mountains they appear so high,
Yet all the time no matter how troubled we feel, thank God He is ever nearby,
To help us through those deep dark valleys, to ascend up the high mountain slope,
To be our strength and shield in time of need, as in Him we put all our hope.
When we arise each day from our night sleep, when we give thanks for the coming day,
When we seek to honour Him as our Lord, in all we both do and say,
Wherever we may go throughout the day, wherever life may so take us to,
Whom ever we're with, for no matter how long, I pray God we'll be faithful and true.
No matter what may so come our way, no matter what we may have to bear,
No matter the circumstance we're in, as we rest in Your tender Loving Care,
As we by faith daily rest in You, no matter what life's journey may bring,
As we live each day first and foremost, for You Jesus Christ our Lord and King.
