Earthen Vessels !

We who were but earthen vessels, were once broken but now made whole,
By Jesus who reached down in Love, as the Redeemer of our soul,
So cast your burdens upon the Lord, He will meet your every need,
Lay your burdens at the foot of the Cross, He will comfort you indeed.
Only as we surrender our all, unto Jesus Christ our Lord,
Can we then daily live in Hope, as feed upon His Word,
So cast your burdens upon the Lord, He will help you bear the load,
Lay your burdens at the foot of the Cross, as you walk this winding road.

Only as we daily yield unto Him and wait on Him and pray,
Can we hope to be victorious in, all life takes us through each day,
So cast your burdens upon the Lord, He will help you bear the strain,
Lay your burdens at the foot of the Cross, He will help you cope with the pain.
Then as we reach out to others, that we meet along the way,
Can God's Love so work through us, in and through our lives each day,
Yes reach out to those we encounter, throughout our life each day continually,
As we cast our burdens upon the Lord, Jesus Christ each day faithfully.

Don't Be Disturbed !

Don't be disturbed, God's children don't cry,
Don't be disturbed, He's standing close by,
Don't be disturbed, He's there to protect you,
And Love you each day, from His throne on high.
Don't be disturbed, He knows all your hurts,
Don't be disturbed, He knows all your cares,
Don't be disturbed, for He Loves you so,
And wants you to realise, that He's always there.

Please Help Me My Lord !

Please help me my Lord in my times of weakness, when temptation comes my way,
As I lean on You for strength enough, please uphold me Lord I pray,
Please help me my Lord in my times of weakness, to never lose sight of You,
But lean on You no matter what, as my Lord You take me through.
Yes through whatever the trial may be Lord and wherever I may so happen to be,
As I hold onto Your many Promises and stand upon Your Word I pray faithfully,
Please help me my Lord in my times of weakness, when I feel I cannot stand,
As I look to You to uphold me again, may I never let go of Your Hand.

O Lord

O Lord what comfort, O what a delight, to know You're ever close by, both day and night,
To guide us and lead us, in all that we do, as we commit by faith, our lives unto You,
O Lord what an assurance, to know that everyday, amidst all that we face, You're never far away,
To shield and protect us, from the dangers we face, as we walk on in Your Mercy, upheld by Your Grace.
O Lord what encouragement, when we feel overcome, to know You'll uphold us and help us press on,
To that place in our lives, where we will be free, from both sin and death, for all eternity,
O Lord what a blessing, it is to know You above and to know of Your Promises, made to us in Love;
That will over time, so come to be true, as we commit by faith, our lives daily unto You.

Lord Only You Know !

When will the suffering end O Lord, when will it cease to be?
When will all anguish be no more, when will we be totally free?
When will the suffering end O Lord, when will darkness be no more?
When will ongoing joy be here to stay, when will peace be for evermore?
When will walk in victory O Lord, over the power of death and sin?
When will life as we so know it end and our Eternal Life with You begin?
When will the suffering end O Lord, yes when will it come to an end?
When will pain be no more, only You know my dearest Friend.
