I Am So Thankful Lord !

I am so thankful Lord, that when You knocked upon
The door of my heart, I then let You in,
Not to just be a guest, in my life for a time
But to become forever my Lord and my King.
I am so thankful my Lord that the door I did open
And in my so doing You entered in through it one day,
Not just to be a visitor in my life for a time
But as my Lord and my King forever to stay.
As my Redeemer, Lord Jesus Christ my King
As my Saviour, Lord Jesus Christ my Friend,
As my Beloved, Lord Jesus Christ for eternity
Whose Grace is unfailing and whose Love is without end.

May I Never My Lord !

May I never ever have any other gods my Lord
May I never ever turn away from You I pray,
May You always be first and foremost in my life
Yes all of the time and every step of the way.
May I never ever have any other gods my Lord
May it so become and forever be this way I pray
May no things in my life ever so hinder You Lord
From within my life indeed so having Your Way.

Lest Lord I Forget !

Lest Lord I forget, lest Lord I should stray
Remind me always of Calvary, I pray everyday,
Yes please remind me my Lord so that I may to You bring
From the bottom of my heart Praise and Thanksgiving.
Lest Lord I forget, lest Lord I should stray
Remind me of Your most precious Blood I pray,
Yes please remind me my Lord so that I may bring to You
From the bottom of my heart the Glory and Honour You‘re due.

I Thank You My Jesus, My King !

I thank You my Jesus, I thank You my King
For Your bearing in Love, all of my sin,
I thank You my Jesus, for Your taking from me
The scar of sin away, for all eternity.
Yes for taking it from me, so that I could begin
To abide in Your Presence, forever my King,
To abide in Your Presence, for all eternity
As a newly adopted child, into God’s family.

As a child redeemed, by Your Blood from all sin
As a new creation my Lord, yes a child of the King,
As a part of Your Church, Your Bride soon to be,
To be betrothed unto You, for all eternity.
In the Presence of our Beloved Abba Father above
In His Presence forever, enveloped in His Love,
In His Presence forever, to there abide continually
In the wonderful Family of God, for all eternity.

When Fear Knocks !

When fear knocks at the door of my heart any day
If I am not careful and do not send him away,
I’ll become overwhelmed and weighed down with fear
Until I rise up in Faith and to my Lord I draw near.
When fear knocked at the door, I was able to say
You’ve no right to be here, depart from me and go today,
Having remembered I have daily abiding within me
The Spirit of Christ, in whose Power and Authority.
I was able to rise up in His Name and tell fear to go from within
Me as I stood in the Name of Jesus Christ my Lord and King,
Against fear by Faith by remembering God’s Promise to me
I can overcome fear by on His Word standing steadfastly.

Wherever My Lord !

Wherever life’s road may take me my Lord, I pray I’ll be mindful of You
Wherever life’s road may lead me my Lord, I pray that I shall there do,
Only that which will bring You Honour, only that which will Glorify I pray
Your Holy Name wherever I am, in all that I both come to do and say.
As I seek to live every day first and foremost all the time for You
As I seek to in my life, bring to You the Praise and the Honour You’re due,
As I seek with all my heart to glorify and to truly exalt Your Holy Name
And in my walk of faith in You Jesus Christ, I pray never bring You shame.

Upon Every Mountain Lord !

Upon every mountain my Lord the I may so have to face
In every valley my Lord the I shall have to cross by faith,
May I keep my eyes forever upon You and trust You’ll bring me through
And never doubt that to Your Word, You are faithful and true.
Yes faithful and true always wherever I may so happen to be
Yes faithful and true amidst all that so happens to me,
In my walk of faith in You, believing that as I hold onto Your Hand
No matter what comes my way, I shall in victory stand.

I Thank You My Lord !

I thank You my Lord that You go above and beyond,
All of my needs in Love and in my weakness make me strong,
As I cry out unto You in my weakness, and so take a hold of Your Hand
By faith My Lord Jesus, believing that You will help me to stand.
I thank You my Lord, how You in Your Love everyday
Go well above and beyond, all the needs that come my way,
Believing that as by faith, I commit them unto You
Where there seems to be no way, You will bring me through.

Enveloped in Your Arms of Love, on every side encompassing me
Not just for a moment, but everyday continually,
Upheld in Your Arms of Love, Your Arms of Mercy and Grace
So enabling me Your child, to then endure all that I face.
Not in my own strength Lord, but by Your strength within
Me my Beloved Lord, Jesus Christ my Blessed King,
As I stand by faith on Your Word, and upon it meditate day and night
Abiding forever in Your Presence, my Lord, my true Delight.

Not only out of necessity, but with a burning desire everyday
To come into Your Presence Lord and to there forever stay,
So that Your Word may become Life in and flow out of me
   Into other peoples lives I pray, wherever I may so happen to be.
So that I may become effective and daily on fire for You
   So that I may become infectious, in all that for You I say and do,
So that I may be an encouragement, to others around me in need
   As to Your Calling upon me, I do by faith steadfastly heed.

As I commit My desires and needs, by faith with thanksgiving
Unto You my Beloved Lord, Jesus Christ my Blessed King,
Never doubting that as I do, You will hear all that I do say
And that You will answer my prayers, every time that I pray.
In Your time my Lord and according to Your Will everyday
Never seeking to bring glory to myself in anyway,
As I by faith commit all my desires unto You my Lord
And continually by standing steadfast upon Your Word.

As You Knock Lord !

As You the King of Glory, knock upon our hearts everyday
May we never refuse You entry, may we never turn You away,
As You the King of Glory, knock upon our hearts may we
With true joy and true delight, allow You Lord Your entry.
Not just for a moment my Lord, but for as long as You want to stay.
Which is forever my Lord in our lives, my Lord I trust and pray,
And not on our own terms Lord, but as You Lord so will to be
Throughout everyday Lord Jesus Christ, I pray for eternity.

A Way My Lord !

                  A Way my Lord you shall always make for me
              Even when I wonder in my heart, how can this be,
                A Way my Lord You shall make for me it is true
         Through what seems to man, impossible to go through.
                   A Way my Lord You shall make everyday
             As I draw life from all that Your Word does say,
              As I draw from Your Word and so take it all in
          Never ever striving, but always resting in My King.
         Your Arms of Unfailing Love and of Amazing Grace
                 In Your Arms of Deep Mercy, as I embrace,
          What at times seems to be like a mountain to me
                   Or a deep and dark inaccessible valley.
                  Yet all the time as I learn to lean on You
         I know in my heart that You shall take me through,
             I know in my spirit, as I rest by faith everyday
Where there appears no way, You will indeed make a way.
           For all of those who Lord, by faith call upon You
       For all of those who Lord, stand upon Your Word too,
     For all of those who Lord, You have redeemed from sin
For all of those who Lord, acknowledge You as Lord and King.
